Inbound Call Readiness Requirements
Inbound calls are a privilege, not a starting point. You must meet ALL requirements below before going live.
โ ๏ธ You must meet ALL of the following before taking inbound calls:
1. Script Mastery (Mandatory)
- Know the approved inbound script verbatim
- Be able to recite it naturally, not read it
- Understand why each section exists (rapport, control, underwriting, close)
2. Health Underwriting Proficiency
- Ask health questions cleanly and compliantly
- Accurately assess risk in real time
- Know when to pivot carriers based on health conditions
- Avoid submitting unplaceable applications
3. Carrier Account Setup & Access
You must be contracted and able to submit a live e-application during a call. Required carriers:
- Mutual of Omaha
- American Amicable
- Aetna
- Americo
- Corebridge Financial (AIG)
- Transamerica
4. State Licensing โ Minimum 10 States Required
Initial approved states:
- Texas (TX) ยท North Carolina (NC) ยท South Carolina (SC)
- Oklahoma (OK) ยท Ohio (OH) ยท Kentucky (KY)
